      Description

Couchbase Server Spock enhances authentication with a new separation of principal at authentication time across all services.  It also adds new roles.  With the combination of the two, there are new error codes to be handled as referred to in related tickets or sdk-rfc 16.

            Definition of done:
            1) Updates to the sdk-rfc indicating what is the variance with lcb's implementation of RBAC auth if any
            2) Document recommendation of API to use in lcb's API reference with respect to auth (the clean path)
            3) Document alternative API that are supported, with any description of "hackyness" or "advantages"

Make sure 2&3 have solid descriptions of interface stability.

Please include me (Matt Ingenthron) on review and let's try to sync up adhoc when you think is complete.
