cbc-pillowfight and other cbc tools as applicable

With 5.0 and username/password support we need to make the command line and documentation more clear e.g. -u expected to work for username or are we expecting the user to use -Dusername=

Assuming that its overloaded, older versions of cbc-pillowfight don't seem to be working with -u so just want to be crystal clear in docs, --help and other references what the customer is supposed to use.
