      Description

When working with Sharath Sulochana on tests, we noticed that the API ref/pillowfight manual pages don't cover the tracing options. Specifically, enable_tracing=on/off isn't covered, but also the thresholds need to be documented.

Please add documentation for this and also add it to the 2.8 line if we do a maintenance update there.
