Add support to share VMs with server team for OS certification

1. To share Server VMs for mobile jobs :  I need to install some dependencies on those VMs to have SGW run  
                   i.      Need to update one of the mobile test kit script to use ips which can get from server pool
                                                                                                                                     ii.      I have to update job config , one for to use server pool ‘3 rest end points’ to get the nodes and release nodes
1. One for having the job to be in the queue if enough nodes from server pool is not available.
1. Once above is done, I can  provide Mobile jobs to run as part of dispatcher job
2. Once Mobile jobs are added as part of dispatcher, it may delay the complete run for dispatcher job

Also update x509 logic to copy only certs to avoid dependency on unzip
