    Description

      by sept 11th. 1 . parser to get passed or failed tests by passing filename to these flags --pass, --fail
      by sept 18th: 2. merging junit test report which is like xml reports of previous run and current run. and also for multiple pytest command, we need to merge the reports. We should make sure test report is not overrided
