This is to do basic sanity manual testing for 7.0.1 RBAC roles

Right now Regression suite for SGW and CBL has to run with disable authenticated admin API. Admin api is enabled by default on SGW config and test framework need to support to run tests with default value of SGW config and all Admin api should be authenticated.
