Create Initial Documentation set for 0.1

Create the initial set of documentation for CMOS. This should be a set of asciidoc in the repository with the antora metadata bits to be in the right place in our documentation set.

For all examples used, these should be automatically tested as part of a release. Ideally we use the examples as our verification stack as well.
