Minor Description
Grafana dashboards support a UID - in particular, these can be set during provisioning, and the UIDs we give will appear in the dashboard URL.
We should take advantage of this, to have predictable and useful links between our dashboards. I've already done this for the cluster overview -> single-cluster links, but we should do this for all of them (one particular example that comes to mind is configuration check -> cluster overview, which is currently broken).
