Create hierarchy and metadata for grouping and describing clusters

    Description

      Users will need the ability to apply some logical grouping to their clusters to separate them either.  i.e. by application/project/geography.  It should probably be multi-nested and allow the user to specify the naming of each group.

       

      Similarly, each group and each cluster would benefit from a small amount of metadata such as a description, perhaps a status (dev/uat/prod?) and a primary owner/contact.
