Cluster Overview: health check issues appearing twice

This is because we're displaying each one twice, once from Prometheus and once from the Alertmanager API, because the AM query is too broad (job=~"couchbase_.*" - should probably tighten down to something like couchbase_(prometheus|fluent_bit)).
