Importing dashboards into existing Grafana can cause data source inconsistency

    Description

      We don't currently lock down which data sources we're using, which means that all our panel queries will go to the "Default" data source, which is Prometheus in our installation, but likely won't be on customer installs. We should update our dashboards to be resilient to this.
