Listing client connections might be expensive on Data Service

Problem

To get the connected client details the mctstats connection stats is called. In the past that stats call is very expensive, it holds a lock on the front end threads. As a result it can cause timeouts. This information might be outdated.

Action plan

• Check with KV that mcstats is ok to use.
• If not we should find a different way to get that information and make a request again the data-service team.
