    Description

      The following is logged at startup when running an internal Docker build:

      2022-04-04T09:23:20.858Z INFO (Main) Couchbase Multi Cluster Manager starting {"version": "0.0.0", "build": "999"}

      0.0.0/999 are the default values for meta.Version and meta.BuildNumber - they should get overridden by ldflags, but it looks like it isn't set correctly.
