Built fluent-bit doesn't start on ubuntu

    Description

      We currently build fluent-bit in a centos7 Docker container, so it links against centos7's libssl.so - when starting it on an Ubuntu node, we get this:

      Apr 08 07:07:05 node1-cb702-ubuntu18 cbhealthagent-linux-amd64[7522]: 2022-04-08T07:07:05.093Z WARN (fluent-bit) /opt/cbhealthagent/fluent-bit-linux-amd64: error while loading shared libraries: libssl.so.10: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
