Add one-click deployment of extra tooling

For some of the additional tooling, it would be very useful to have a simple one-click option to deploy similar to what the Lens IDE does to add monitoring to a cluster it is connected to:

This may be easier on K8S (helm can be/is packaged already with kubectl so simpler).

Start with node_exporter deployment as a framework and we can iterate.

For K8S we will also want kube-state-metrics as above.
