Remove nsswitch conf change in licensing

    Description

      Due to https://github.com/grafana/loki/issues/1928, a change in nsswitch conf directory was required while building cmos. This has been fixed and we have upgraded the loki version. We need to remove this otherwise the build gets interrupted.
