    Description

      As reported by David Haikney:

      • Build instructions still refer to the old directory structure (before the agent/cluster-monitor move)
      • Angular build needs --environment production
      • cbmultimanager needs to be run with --ui-root ./ui/dist/app otherwise no UI will be served
