Move links in current landing page to Asciidoc

    Description

      Once CMOS-51 is complete it would be good to include the current landing page links in the Welcome page for Asciidoc and move to just presenting the default landing page directly from Antora.

      Basically the various local links and web forms from here:

      https://github.com/couchbaselabs/observability/blob/main/microlith/html/index.html

      We can then just land on the Antora index.html with all documentation available.
