Expose cluster/node names alongside UUIDs to Prometheus

    Description

      Currently we only expose cluster/node UUIDs to Prometheus, which isn't the most useful:

      We should include their names as well. Ideally though we'd have both, because it is theoretically possible that a customer has two clusters with the same name, which would cause clashes.
