Smoke suite for k8s tests

    Description

      Currently there is no smoke suite for k8s, so smoke tests are skipped.

      The suite will likely need:

      • Three-node CBS cluster provisioned via CAO
        • Including Fluent Bit and Prometheus Exporter configs
          • Though native and containers don't have FB now either, so that can likely wait until we have things exercising Loki
        • Easiest way is probably to use the Helm chart
      • CMOS microlith running
        • Likely want a Prometheus K8s service discovery config
