    Description

      When attempting to connect to CouchbaseMock (which is part of our CI testing framework), we receive the following from couchbase++:

      terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::runtime_error'
      		 
        what():  no nodes marked as this_node
      		 
      Aborted
