Handle injecting errors in transactions better

Currently, the client can throw an exception in the lambda, to force a rollback (with no retry). Lets allow them to set an error_code of their own, and (perhaps) whether or not to retry, etc... Similar to what go sdk does. Should make the fit performer a bit cleaner in its implementation of how to deal with propagate_error as well.
