Homebrew formula definition for MacOS

Given that we have source tarball published, produce formula for Homebrew should not be hard. Here is an example:

But there is some risk here. Maintainers might notice that we bundle the following libraries that already packaged using homebrew. And ask us to "unbundle" them. It is not impossible but will incur extra work:

• spdlog (https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-core/blob/master/Formula/spdlog.rb)
