All Rangescan tests take too long to stream results

We are seeing all of the rangescan tests fail with not fulfilling the condition in 1 minute. This error is because they are not completing the stream or returning the expected number of results within that time. The tests were made with this time in mind and the performance concerns of other SDKs, so there should be enough time for these tests to finish. This may also be related to the reason 7.6 is still hanging for 6h before failing but I am still investigating the cause of that on Jenkins.
