FIT: LookupInReplicas TooManySpecs Failures

Description

LookupInAllReplicas is returning an InvalidArgument instead of an empty stream, and LookupInAnyReplica is doing the same, instead of a DocumentUnretrievable, since it does a manual client-side check on the number of specs.

The LookupInAnyReplica issue has been fixed and is now passing. But, just like , skipping the LookupInAllReplicas error validation until after is complete.
