Allow to specify proportion of all CRUD operations for pillowfight

Right now the workload spec is unnecessarily complicated and does now allow to set Replase/Insert/Remove operations.

There should be a way to encode it in some concise form. For example, as a ratio G:R:I:Q, where each term represents average number of operations in the whole workload, Get, Replace, Delete, Insert and Query respectively.
