Provide updated CSS for OpenAPI listings

I noticed ugly table formatting for the field names in OpenAPI tables, such as:

sgr_num_at
tachmen-
t_bytes_-
transferred

e.g. both hyphenated (in really odd places) and arbitrarily word-wrapped in others.

As well as being ugly, it makes it harder to even read/type the name of the member.

Simon Dew pointed out that he has some CSS for this, but inlined into Server docs.

I'll plan to reuse the same CSS (yay!) but add into docs-ui to be more generally useful across pages.
