.NET SDK Connection Lifecycle Object Caching - Best Practice Usage

    Description

      The Connection Lifecycle documentation recommends best practice of caching all cluster/bucket/scope/collection at startup. However, after discord discussion, it seems only cluster needs cached - as the SDK has internal caching configured by default. 

      Also, review and make clear the best practice usage between using Dependency Injection vs not.
