    Description

Please add the following statement per Jon Strabala:

What is the retry policy in Eventing?

On transient errors that can be recovered via a subsequent "retry", Eventing will make a re-request every 200 ms (5 times a second until the Eventing function hits the script timeout (default 60 sec)). In a very bad failure scenario in a cluster, Eventing will retry approximately ~300 times across 60 seconds at which point the Eventing function (or lambda) will be killed for that mutation's processing.
