GCP backup instructions improvements.

    Description

      The documentation around setting up backups to GCP cloud storage could be improved to make it clearer what the limitations are. For example the inability to use service accounts with the Backup Service (MB-49841).

      Also it is not easy to find information about finding/generating a refresh token for GCP credentials to use in the Backup Service. Is there some external documentation that could be referenced to make this easier?

      The main documentation page https://docs.couchbase.com/server/current/manage/manage-backup-and-restore/manage-backup-and-restore.html#use-cloud-storage only goes through AWS, as do the hints on the Web UI itself.
