top-keys is still documented in 7.1 docs even though it was removed

    Description

      See DOC-6453 - while top-keys was deprecated in 6.5.1 and removed in 7.1.0, it is still included in the output of the /stats endpoint here: https://docs.couchbase.com/server/current/rest-api/rest-bucket-stats.html

      We need to update this example output to match what 7.1 now has, and update any other references to top-keys / hot keys.
