health check docs in different sections

Perry Krug could not find the documentation on health check for node because it was in a different section than the Python one.

Unless there's been a docs change I'm not aware of, we intend to have docs in the same section and approximately the same URL other than specific language differences.  I'm not sure why he couldn't find it through search though (other than the general search issues-- I tend to use google with "site:docs.couchbase.com").
