    Description

There is no mention in the documentation of user permission requirements for running Couchbase Server on Windows. It is mentioned that the installation must be done by an admin user but there is nothing about whether running the Couchbase Server service with a non admin user is supported/possible.

If admin user is a requirement then this should be clearly stated somewhere, if it is not a requirement then it should be made clear how a non admin user must be configured if there are any particular requirements.
