Description
The documentation for the Analytics function date_format_str links to the same page as the Query version of the same function.
This gives the impression that both versions of the function support all date format strings. However the Analytics version fmt string only supports ISO-8601 Example formats; it does not support Date String codes, Go Reference dates or Percent-Style dates. The Query version does not have this limitation. Maybe this could be noted in the definition of the Analytics version of this function.
