Allow Support to browse documentation within our Support system

Need to add the following tag at the beginning of https://docs.couchbase.com/home/index.html

We will also need the Sitemap URL

This will benefit support as it will allow documentation to be searched within our support system without having the team browse externally. It can potentially help time to resolution in some of the support tickets.
