Maven snippet incomplete and misleading in Java SDK docs

https://docs.couchbase.com/java-sdk/current/project-docs/sdk-full-installation.html is where there is a Maven snippet that’s too short and too vague and potentially misleading (because it includes a <dependencies> outer tag that doesn’t work if literally copied and pasted).
