CBL docs unlinked "Under Construction" pages in 2.8

Pinging Francis Roberts and Dina Bennett 

Ilias Kourtoudis noticed some pages with odd breakage and text like "Under Construction":

It looks like these pages aren't linked from the Nav, but are only found through search.
 
So, we should:

• search for this wording in 2.8 (and 3.0/3.1? May want to create additional tickets if so)
• consider removing any such pages. (but check if anything links to them?)
• or reword (perhaps only for 3.1 release?)

Priority on this?

• It's documents that aren't in Nav and only found in search.
• from an earlier (but supported) version 2.8
• but it's an ugly buggy looking thing
• might be a simple mechanical task that can be done between projects

Have a look, and we could do a Mobile Crew Kickoff into it if you like.
