    Description

TLS is used for network encryption, since Couchbase Server version 7.0 we have made the default minimum level of TLS that a cluster will operate with as TLS version 1.2, see DOC-8206

TLS versions 1.0 and 1.1 have long since been declared as insecure.  The IETF have deprecated them as well, https://blog.barracuda.com/2021/03/31/tls1-0-and-tls1-1-officially-deprecated-by-ietf-rfc8996/.

With Couchbase Server we need to also declare them as deprecated as we will be removing the option to downgrade a cluster to TLS 1.0 or 1.2 from the Couchbase Server settings.
