Refresh Information Architecture and Landing Page

In FY 2024, we are kicking off a multi-phased effort to refresh the docs.couchbase.com site. The project involves these dimensions:

• Overall information architecture–affecting the nav pane
• Landing pages–move to a task-based design that leads developers through the site
• Design update–leverage the Marketing team's Design standards to update the site.

Phase one included information architecture refresh for Capella.

Phase two includes: migrating information architecture refresh to Server developer docs in release/7.2; combining the Search developer guides with the existing Search reference material.
