4.5 Docs: Update 4.1 CREATE INDEX statement to include and/or point back to array indexes

In the "what's new in 4.5" section, there is a list to the CREATE INDEX statement. However, that link points to the existing 4.1 and would not reflect the new array indexing updates: http://developer.couchbase.com/documentation/server/4.1/n1ql/n1ql-language-reference/createindex.html

We will want to either update this page for 4.5 (merge in much of this page: http://developer-stage.cbauthx.com/documentation/server/4.5-dp/indexing-arrays.html), or at least link from the 4.1 page to the new 4.5 content.
