Helm couchbase config backup section has minimal information

This section has very minimal backup related values config that can be specified. And this points to https://docs.couchbase.com/operator/current/resource/couchbasecluster.html "All of the provided values for this spec are described here in the"

Which makes sense mostly, however there is one exception:

https://docs.couchbase.com/operator/current/resource/couchbasecluster.html#couchbaseclusters-spec-backup-s3secret - This parameter is deprecated and the replacement is not in couchbasecluster resource rather on couchbasebackup resource.

Which means in the helm values it will be backups.default-backup.objectStore.secret.
