IA Query Rework - Create a Query Settings page

Create a Query Settings page for Capella, in the docs-devex repo. Content should be largely copied from the Settings and Parameters page, but at first will only contain request-level parameters, and will only document the UI method of setting parameters.

• Document setting parameters with the Data API and the Couchbase Shell as this functionality becomes available.
• Document node-level settings with the Management API or the UI as and when this functionality becomes available.

Think about what to do with the Named and Positional Parameter section.
