Don't use a load balancer

"Don't use a load balancer between Couchbase Server and the SDKs or Connectors"

should be prominently planted in the minds of all new users of Couchbase, or at least placed in the developer docs so that it can be found by a search.

Initially put this in the next release of SDK, then backport where useful.
