Need to update nodejs "Client Settings" page

Customer having trouble implementing sdk 4.0 because of incomplete documentation.  See this page:  https://docs.couchbase.com/nodejs-sdk/current/ref/client-settings.html

From the page:

Warning:  The backend implementation of client settings changed substantially in 4.0 and is not currently fully documented. This will be resolved in a future 4.x release. See more details on migrating to 4.0.

Some details from the old libcouchbase settings list may be useful for reference. 

On the this last part, customer reports that "(hint: they are not)".
