Should this "Tip" include GCP?
It says "AWS or Azure". However, below this Tip the docs refer to GCP instructions.

Private Network or Private Endpoints
This page covers setting up a private network between your app’s VPC and a Capella database. Private endpoints connect a Capella database to a chosen resource or service instead of the whole network. Capella users can set up private endpoints with AWS or Azure.
