Capella cluster on/off REST API documentation

This page https://docs.couchbase.com/cloud/public-api-reference/index.html#ClustersV3 does not include any references to turning the Capella databases on and off.  From the openapi.yaml link we can find /v3/clusters/{id}/off and similar, but nothing in the docs per se.

Because this is a cool new feature and because their is no way within the UI to perform an unscheduled on/off, we can probably expect a lot customers digging in the docs for this.
