SG 3.1/3.0 docs missing rotated_logs_size_limit in log rotation configuration

The docs for 3.0 and 3.1 are greatly diminished for log rotation.

https://docs.couchbase.com/sync-gateway/2.8/configuration-properties.html#logging-$level-rotation-rotated_logs_size_limit exists but neither https://docs.couchbase.com/sync-gateway/current/configuration-schema-bootstrap.html or https://docs.couchbase.com/sync-gateway/current/logging.html refer to rotated_logs_size_limit which applies to each item and defaults at 1024 MB.
