    Description

      There appears to be a problem with this documentation when looking at the example code for a 'Local Server Connection'. All of the code examples are showing the same string, namely:

      "unresolved include directive in modules/hello-world/pages/start-using-sdk.adoc - include::example$StartUsing.cs[]"

      Browser environment: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/116.0.0.0 Safari/537.36
