Raise visibility of 'Guarding against Data Loss during XDCR' section

At present the main entry page for XDCR does not mention the possibility of data loss during a migration due to incorrect omission of deletion filters.

The section is instead buried at the bottom of 'Advanced Filtering':

It's entirely feasible that a customer might never go into the Advanced Filtering section as they have no intention of using filters, and don't realize that their XDCR replication with the default settings carries the possibility of data loss.

Would we be able to raise the visibility of this section, for instance by linking to it from the main XDCR entry overview page?
