Update the installation instructions for Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server

I think that the actual items to be done are:

• update the docs for Install on Tableau Desktop: this ticket
• update the docs for Install on Tableau Server: this ticket
• have 2 versions of the section Using Tableau with the Couchbase Tableau Connector (one for v.1.0.0 and one for v.1.1.0): DOC-11527
• add a release notes item (using an example from the Elasticsearch Connector) on the left panel: DOC-11529
• add a list of versions on the right panel that point to the release version/release notes  on the right panel (again using an example from the Elasticsearch Connector): DOC-11529
• link each of the release versions to the release artifact for download: DOC-11529
